Cal wins Indiana University tournament!:

Our trip to Indiana went great! The team played very well and we ended up beating Indiana University 2-1 in overtime. Two days later we played Notre Dame to a 0-0 tie. Both results were great results and we look to build on them going forward in the season. We continue to look forward to our trainings this week and look to improve for our upcoming games.

First pre-season game of 2010 tonight..

Our first game of the season is tonight against Fullerton, and even though it does not count on our schedule, it is really important for us to play a competition against a different opponent than ourselves. Everyone is really excited and we have all been working really hard this preseason, so it will be nice to play in a game. The team looks great, fit, deep, and confident, so we hope to translate all those positives onto the field. Go Bears!

Summer is still going great in Berkeley. The team is continuing to work extremely hard and the benefits are obvious. Our fitness level is much higher than in the past during the summer, and the bond that the team is gaining from being together all summer is really paying off. Just a few weeks until the season starts, and everyone is very excited.

The summer has been great so far. The team is training hard in Berkeley. We are lifting weights and on the field all week long so we can be sharp come the season. The Cal team is very committed to this season, and as an older player, it is nice to see all the younger players so willing to put in the hard work that it will take to have a successful season. Go Bears!

Training, training, training. We are working hard this summer, lifting weights and getting together to train. It is a lot of fun. Basically we hang out all day, train in the afternoons, and then hang out at night. The team is getting even closer and we are getting fit so that when the season comes around, we are ready to go from day one.
